We outsource remote  Eastern European specialists to help organizations with ERP system setup, automation tasks and professional performance of accounting and financial functions. How do I start
the outsourcing process
with FlexPloyment?

Step 1

Fill out the form on our website indicating the position, job specifications, and requirements for the type of specialist you need.

Step 2

Within a few hours, we contact you via e-mail and arrange a call to get acquainted and discuss any additional questions.

Step 3

We then send you the contract with all the details. Once you have approved it, we immediately start searching for employees.

Step 4

After we have carefully chosen the best candidates, we send you the CVs of 2-3 specialists. They are selected and interviewed by our employees, who are professionals in the field of personnel management and finance.

Step 5

If the selected candidates suit your requirements, we schedule an interview so that you can personally get to know them and make your choice. If the proposed candidates are not a proper match for your company, we continue the search until we find the right fit.

Step 6

If you find the right fit during the first round of selected specialists, we proceed to sign a contract and start the onboarding process.

Step 7

Once every two to three weeks, our employees contact you and the provided specialist to monitor the level of motivation and job satisfaction both on your part and on the part of the employee.

Step 8

If any issues arise, our employees will look into these issues and attempt to solve them as quickly as possible. If the problems are not resolved, we initiate a search for a new specialist (free of charge).
